ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ONCE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED, WE CANNOT CANCEL IT.
All sales are final and cannot be cancelled once placed. We do not accept returns or exchanges, due to sanitary reasons.
All products are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment. If a product is damaged (manufacturing damage), we will take responsibility and replace it once evidence of the damaged product is provided and the item is shipped back to us (we are not responsible for the shipping charge). We cannot replace or exchange used items. We must be notified of the defective product within 10 business days of receiving the product for an exchange. The defective item must be returned in its original condition & packaging (unused with all seals intact), otherwise the item will not be eligible for an exchange.
TO EXCHANGE YOUR PRODUCT, PLEASE FOLLOW THE PROCEDURE AS OUTLINED BELOW:
1. REQUEST FOR AN EXCHANGE
- Notify us of the defective product at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 business days.
- Your email should contain your order number, photos of the defective product, & the reason for exchange.
- All products must be returned unused & in its original packaging.
2. SHIP THE PARCEL TO US
- Pack the product using a plain bubble envelope to prevent any damage during transit.
- Ship the parcel through your local post office. Do not use shipping carriers such as UPS, FEDEX, or any other delivery service which will incur brokerage or C.O.D fees as we will decline them upon arrival.
- Rosy B Lashes is not liable for lost returns.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your exchange to be processed. We will process your exchange after we have inspected the returned product(s).
We only offer refunds with store credit; please note that we do not refund money under any circumstances. (SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE)
If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is delivered back to our warehouse, you are responsible for the extra shipping fee in order for us to ship it again.
